The executive team at The Sycamore of River Falls is focused on the future. As health care evolves and the senior population grows, new ways of providing senior services—from housing to health care—challenge us to be creative and inventive.

Our record of innovation will serve us well as we continue to work to improve the health of the communities we serve through preventive health programs and use of new technologies. We will establish new and cost-effective care models that provide the right care at the right time, in the right place, from the right providers.

Brandon graduated from Minnesota State University – Moorhead in Healthcare Administration and has been working in Skilled Nursing Homes and Assisted Livings for the past 11 years. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Brandon and his wife have two daughters, a dog, and a cat. They live in Roberts, WI and enjoy spending time outdoors at their cabin, trying out new campgrounds, golfing, and ice skating. Although he grew up in Menomonie, WI, he will tell you he’s grateful to have been raised a Vikings fan. He’s very excited to be starting work at The Sycamore in December and getting to know all of you!

Megan worked within the hotel industry for over 17 years before she found her passion in Senior Living. She loves assisting older adults and their families choose a vibrant community and watching them flourish in their new surroundings and friendships.Megan has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin- Stout, and a Bachelor of Science from Rasmussen University in Health and Wellness Management. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Megan enjoys spending time with her three children and her dog Kelly. She loves the outdoors and visiting northern Minnesota. After living in Hudson, WI for 18 years, she is a true Wisconsin girl at heart. She is very excited to be part of The Sycamore of River Falls and getting involved in the River Falls community.
